On the Diagnostic Criteria of Bi Syndrome

痹证是中医药治疗的优势病种之一。围绕痹证诊断标准这一议题,对痹证古代文献进行回顾,并对痹证现有诊断标准进行概述,认为痹证诊断标准的制订应当凸显中医思维与理论特点、痹证内涵及其特点、中西医融合、临床实际四大特色。通过临床调研并结合名老中医药专家建议,制订出既符合中医理论又不违反西医常规原则,涵盖患者临床表现、诱发因素、发病时间特点等内容的痹证诊断标准,以期更好地为中医临床及科研服务。

Bi syndrome is a disease name in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with super efficacy.Around the issue of diagnosis criteria of Bi syndrome,this study reviewed the ancient literature on Bi syndrome,and summarized the exsiting diagnostic criteria.It is believed that the development of diagnositic criteria of Bi syndrome should highlight the characteristics of TCM thinking and theory,connotation and characteristics of Bi syndrome,the fusion of TCM and western medicine,and clinical practice.Through clinical research and combination of the suggestions of famous and experienced TCM doctors,the diagnositic criteria of Bi syndrome that in line with TCM theory and does not vilate the conventional principle of western medicine,covering patient′s clinical manifestations,inducing factors,attack time was developed in order to better serve TCM clinical practice and scientific research.
