医疗安全既是医疗服务的核心,也是日间手术质量控制的重要部分。如何控制日间手术的医疗质量,成为目前日间手术研究的重点领域之一。本文阐述了中国日间手术的发展历程、取得的初步成就以及发展中存在的问题,然后针对如何建立完善的日间手术质量控制体系,提出相应的对策和措施。

Medical safety is not only the core of medical services,but also an important part of the quality control of day surgery.How to control the medical quality of day surgery has become one of the key areas of day surgery research.This paper expounds the development process,preliminary achievements and problems existing in the development of day surgery in China,and puts forward its own countermeasures and strategies on how to establish an effective quality control system.
