摘要
胃癌是全球癌症相关死亡的最常见原因之一,但是针对胃癌的各类药物治疗的疗效依然有限。纳米技术的发展为胃癌治疗提供了新的方向。纳米粒子(nanoparticle,NP)在多功能、多模式成像和药物递送载体方面能够发挥重要作用,已成为设计新型治疗策略的候选方法。常规的抗肿瘤药物存在非特异性生物分布、低溶解度和生物利用度差等不足,而肿瘤纳米治疗剂可以较好地解决这些不足。本综述探讨NP在胃癌诊断及药物可控递送中的应用,并且专注于对各种基于NP的胃癌治疗策略进行讨论,以期为NP介导的胃癌诊断及治疗提供参考。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common causes of cancer-related deaths worldwide,yet current drug treatment methods are still ineffective.The development of nanotechnology provides a new solution for the treatment of gastric cancer.Nanoparticles(NPs)have played an important role in multifunctional and multimodal imaging and drug delivery.In the past decades,NPs have been employed for developing new therapeutic strategies.Conventional anti-neoplastic drugs have limitations such as non-specific biodistribution,low solubility and poor bioavailability.However,nano therapeutic agents for tumor can better resolve these problems.In this review,the application of NPs in diagnosis and controlled drug delivery for gastric cancer and the various NPs-based strategies for the treatment of gastric cancer were discussed.
