孟鲁司特钠联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液对COPD继发肺间质纤维化患者肺功能及运动耐力的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探究孟鲁司特钠联合吸入用布地奈德混悬液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)继发肺间质纤维化(PF)的效果。方法:选取2016年8月—2018年5月我院收治的COPD继发PF患者92例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各46例。对照组采取布地奈德混悬液(1 mg,bid,雾化吸入)治疗,试验组在此基础上采取孟鲁司特钠(10 mg,qn)治疗,连续治疗12周。比较两组治疗前后第1 s用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、6 min步行距离(6 MWD)及不良反应。结果:治疗后试验组FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组6 MWD大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德混悬液治疗COPD继发PF,有助于改善患者的肺功能,提高运动耐力,且安全性较高。 Objective:To explore the effect of montelukast sodium combined with inhaled budesonide suspension on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)secondary pulmonary interstitial fibrosis(PF).Methods:92 patients with COPD secondary PF admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an experimental group,46 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with budesonide suspension(1 mg,bid,nebulized inhalation),and the patients in the experimental group were treated with montelukast sodium(10 mg,qn).The patients in the two groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.The forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),6-min walking distance(6 MWD)before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 6 MWD in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide suspension can help improve lung functions and improve the endurance of exercise in the treatment of COPD secondary PF,and has higher safety.
