聚多卡醇联合高位结扎内翻剥脱术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis on Efficacy and Safety of Polidocanol Combined with High Ligation and Varus Exfoliation for the Treatment of Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

目的:研究聚多卡醇、高位结扎内翻剥脱术联合治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2016年5月—2018年5月我院收治的下肢静脉曲张患者243例,按随机数字表法分试验组(122例)、常规组(121例)。常规组予以高位结扎内翻剥脱术治疗,试验组予以聚多卡醇、高位结扎内翻剥脱术联合治疗。比较两组手术情况、并发症发生率、术前及术后6个月生活质量(AVVQ评分)、静脉症状(VCSS评分)。结果:两组手术时间、术中失血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组下床时间、住院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月两组AVVQ、VCSS评分均显著改善,且试验组低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:聚多卡醇、高位结扎内翻剥脱术联合治疗下肢静脉曲张能有效促进患者的病情转归,缓解静脉曲张症状,改善生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy and safety of polidocanol combined with high ligation and varus exfoliation for the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities.Methods:243 patients with varicose veins of lower extremities admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group(122 cases)and a conventional group(121 cases).The patients in the conventional group were treated with high ligation and varus exfoliation,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with polidocanol and high ligation and varus exfoliation.The surgical condition,the incidence of complications,quality of life(AVVQ score)and venous symptoms(VCSS score)before surgery and 6 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the surgery time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AVVQ and VCSS scores 6 months after surgery in the two groups were significantly improved,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Polidocanol combined with high ligation and varus exfoliation for the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities can effectively promote the disease outcome of the patients,relieve varicose veins symptoms and improve quality of life,and has high safety.
