雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗儿童哮喘疗效及其对嗜酸性粒细胞的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效及对患者嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)的影响。方法:选择2016年9月—2018年9月我院收治的140例哮喘患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各70例。对照组给予基础治疗和沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加以布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后肺功能指标及EOS绝对计数。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力呼吸流量(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)水平均较治疗前提升,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、EOS绝对计数均较治疗前下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雾化吸入布地奈德可明显改善哮喘患儿肺功能,降低气道炎性水平,有效控制哮喘。 Objective:To study the efficacy of nebulized budesonide suspension in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children and its effect on eosinophils(EOS).Methods:140 children with asthma admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were used as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,70 cases each.The patients in the control group were given basic treatment and nebulized inhalation of salbutamol,and the patients in the study group were given nebulized inhalation of budesonide suspension on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The efficacy,lung function indexes and the absolute count of EOS before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced respiratory?ow(PEF)and forced vital capacity(FVC)after treatment were higher than those before treatment in the two groups,and the differences between the study group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).The eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)and the absolute count of EOS after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and they in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nebulized budesonide can significantly improve lung functions,reduce airway in?ammation and effectively control asthma.
