桂枝茯苓胶囊联合抗菌药物治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Capsules Combined with Antimicrobials in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的:观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及对患者生活质量、血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2016年4月—2018年3月本院收治的98例慢性盆腔炎患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各49例。对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊(0.2 g,bid)和甲硝唑片(0.4 g,bid)治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合桂枝茯苓胶囊(每次3粒,tid)治疗,比较两组疗效、血清炎症因子、生活质量指标及不良反应情况。结果:试验组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,生活质量评分较治疗前升高,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓胶囊联用左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效显著,可改善患者的血清炎症因子水平和生活质量,且安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of guizhi fuling capsules combined with levo?oxacin and metronidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic in?ammation and its effect on patients’quality of life and serum in?ammatory factors.Methods:98 patients with chronic pelvic in?ammation admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,49 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with levo?oxacin hydrochloride capsules(0.2 g,bid)and metronidazole tablets(0.4 g,bid),and the patients in the experimental group were further treated with guizhi fuling capsules(3 capsules each time,tid).The efficacy,serum inflammatory factors,the indexes of quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP after treatment were lower than those before treatment in the two groups,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group;the score of quality of life after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistifally significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi fuling capsules combined with levo?oxacin and metronidazole are effective in the treatment of chronic cpelvic in?ammation,which can improve serum in?ammatory factor levels and quality of life of the patients,and have high safety.
