Clinical Pharmacy Care in the Era of Big Data

目的:通过阐述大数据给临床研究带来的思维变革,为临床安全用药提供新思路新方法。方法:查阅相关文献资料,结合临床数据特征,探讨大数据时代下大数据与临床药学的切入点以及应用情况。结果:大数据对提高疾病治疗质量有很大的潜能;大数据在临床药学中慢性病用药安全、药品不良反应监测等研究方面有很好的切入点,能够有效地提高用药安全性以及合理性。结论:在大数据时代背景下,为使临床药学服务能够科学发展,提升临床药学服务质量,开拓临床药师发展空间,对药学工作者提出了更高的要求。

Objective:To provide new ideas and methods for clinical safe drug use by explaining the thinking changes brought by big data to clinical research.Methods:Relevant literature and data were consulted,and clinical data characteristics were also used to explore the entry point and application of big data and clinical pharmacy in the era of big data.Results:Big data have great potential for improving the quality of disease treatment.Big data has a good entry point in the research of clinical drug use safety for chronic diseases and adverse drug reaction monitoring in clinical pharmacy,which can effectively improve the safety and rational use of drugs.Conclusion:In the historical background of big data era,in order to enable the clinical development of clinical pharmacy care,improve the quality of clinical pharmacy services and open up the development space of clinical pharmacists,higher requirements are put forward for pharmacy workers.
