基于中医传承计算平台挖掘《证治准绳·类方》中风处方的用药规律

Composition Principle of Prescriptions for Stroke in Zhengzhi Zhunsheng,Leifang: Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing System

目的:探索《证治准绳·类方》中风处方的组方规律及其学术思想。方法:整理王肯堂《证治准绳·类方》中治疗中风的处方,采用中医传承计算平台V3.0软件对所整理的处方进行分析。结果:共整理出82首方剂,218味中药;四气以温、寒、平为主;五味以甘、辛、苦为主;归经以脾、肝、肺三经为主;功效以补虚类、解表类为主;药物出现频次在15次及以上的中药共有10味,且以补虚类药物为主;药物组合中频次在13次及以上的有14组;将整理后的218味中药可分为5个聚类。结论:《证治准绳·类方》中治疗中风的处方具有独特的用药规律,王肯堂治疗中风始终围绕着“补气健脾、疏风散邪、活血化瘀”而展开,为中风的诊疗提供充足的理论依据。

Objective:To explore the composition principle of prescriptions for stroke in Zhengzhi Zhunsheng,Leifang and the underlying academic thoughts.Methods:The prescriptions for stroke in Zhengzhi Zhunsheng,Leifang of Wang Kentang were summarized and then analyzed via the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing system V3.0.Results:A total of 82 prescriptions,which are composed of 218 Chinese medicinals.The majority of the medicinals are Wen(温),Han(寒),and Ping(平)in Xing(性),and Gan(甘),Xin(辛),and Ku(苦)in Wei(味),acting on Pijing(脾经),Ganjing(肝经),and Feijing(肺经),and they are responsible for Buxu(补虚)and Jiebiao(解表).There are 10 medicinals with frequency≥15 and main function of Buxu(补虚),and 14 medicinal combinations with frequency≥13.The 218 medicinals can be classified into 5 clusters.Conclusion:The prescriptions for stroke in Zhengzhi Zhunsheng,Leifang have unique composition principle:centering on Buqijianpi(补气健脾),Shufengsanxie(疏风散邪),and Huoxuehuayu(活血化瘀),which lays a theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment of stroke.
