自拟益气活血清化利水方联合西药治疗脾虚血瘀型原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effects of Yiqi Huoxue Qinghua Lishui Fang Combined with Western Medicine on Patients with Primary Liver Cancer of Spleen Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的探讨自拟益气活血清化利水方联合西药治疗脾虚血瘀型原发性肝癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取于沈阳市第六人民医院接受治疗的脾虚血瘀型原发性肝癌患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上应用自拟益气活血清化利水方治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、生存率、中医证候积分、肝功能、甲胎蛋白、彩超下肿瘤最大直径。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分、肝功能、甲胎蛋白、肿瘤最大直径均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟益气活血清化利水方联合西药治疗脾虚血瘀型原发性肝癌临床疗效显著,可有效改善临床症状,提高肝功能,缩小肿瘤体积。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue Qinghua Lishui Decoction combined with Western medicine on patients with primary liver cancer of spleen deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients with primary liver cancer of spleen deficiency and blood stasis type who were treated in the Sixth People’s Hospital of Shenyang City were selected as the study objects.Random number table method was used to divide observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each groups.The control group was treated with Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with self-made Yiqi Huoxue Qinghua Lishui Fang on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,survival rate,TCM syndrome score,liver function,alpha fetoprotein and the maximum diameter of tumor under color Doppler ultrasound were compared between the 2 groups.Result The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome score,liver function,alpha fetoprotein and the maximum diameter of tumor in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of Yiqi Huoxue Qinghua Lishui Fang combined with Western medicine on primary liver cancer of spleen deficiency and blood stasis type is significant,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve liver function and reduce tumor volume.
