患者报告结局(patient-reported outcome,PRO)近年来广泛应用于患者健康状态的评价。选择健康测量工具的统一标准(consensus-based standards for the selection of health measurement instruments,COSMIN)作为系统综述的指南之一,可以帮助研究者在研究和临床实践中选出最合适的健康状态测量工具。现介绍了COSMIN系统综述指南的背景与方法,详细阐释了使用COSMIN系统综述指南的操作步骤与适用范围,以及介绍了目前COSMIN系统综述指南的创新之处,最后对COSMIN系统综述指南目前国内外的应用情况进行总结与展望。

Patient-Reported Outcome(PRO)has been widely used in recent years for the evaluation of patient’status.COSMIN(Consensus-based Standards for the Selection of Health Measurement Instruments,COSMIN)could be used as a guideline for systematic review to help researchers select the most appropriate health state measurement tools in research and clinical practice.This paper introduces the background and method of the COSMIN systematic review guideline,elaborates the operation and range of using the COSMIN systematic review guideline,and introduces the innovation of the COSMIN systematic review guideline.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the current application of COSMIN systematic review guideline in China and abroad.
