摘要
本文对中药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的研究现状进行了概述,并总结了近五年中药提取物及有效成分防治NAFLD的作用机制研究进展,主要涉及调节血脂紊乱、保护肝功能、抗氧化、抗炎和改善胰岛素抵抗5个方面。
This article reviewed the research status of Chinese materia medica for the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and summarized the research progress of mechanism of action of Chinese materia medica extracts and the active components in the prevention and treatment of NAFLD in recent five years,including regulating lipid disorders,protecting liver functions,anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation and improving insulin resistance.
