血府逐瘀汤联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛的临床疗效及对同型半胱氨酸、血脂水平的影响分析

The clinical effect of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus metoprolol on angina pectoris in elderly coronary heart disease patients and homocysteine and blood lipid levels

目的:研究血府逐瘀汤联合美托洛尔对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛患者的临床疗效及对患者同型半胱氨酸及血脂水平所产生的影响。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月至湖南中医药大学第一附属医院接受治疗的冠心病心绞痛老年患者80例作为研究对象,按计算机分组法将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用美托洛尔配合常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用血府逐瘀汤联合治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及安全性。结果:治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分、心绞痛发作频率、同型半胱氨酸水平、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的上述指标均低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合美托洛尔可有效降低冠心病心绞痛患者反复发病风险,在有效控制其同型半胱氨酸水平的同时也可有效改善血脂水平,其临床价值较高,可进一步推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction(血府逐瘀汤)plus metoprolol on angina pectoris in elderly coronary heart disease patients and homocysteine and blood lipid levels.Methods:A total of 80 angina pectoris in elderly coronary heart disease patients from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the computer grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group took metoprolol plus conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated additionally with the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,angina attack frequency,homocysteine level,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were both statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus metoprolol can effectively reduce the risk of recurrent angina pectoris in elderly coronary heart disease patients,effectively control the level of homocysteine,and effectively ameliorate blood lipid levels.Its clinical value is high,and it can be further promoted and applied clinically.
