温针灸配合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效观察及对骨关节功能影响

Efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis and effect on joint unction

目的:探讨温针灸配合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效观察及对骨关节功能影响。方法:选取2021年1月-3月东莞市虎门中医院接收的54例膝关节骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,按照两组基础资料具有匹配性的原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,观察组在对照组的基础上给予温针灸治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素(Interleukin,IL)-6、IL-8水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个疗程后,两组疼痛程度均明显减轻,观察组相较于对照组,疼痛减轻情况显著优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后,观察组生活质量各指标改善情况均显著优于对照组,P<0.05。治疗后观察组西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(the Western Ontario and McMaste Universities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC)评分、利斯霍姆膝关节功能评分(Lisholm Knee Function Score,Lysholm)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸配合玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔内注射康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可显著提高临床疗效,减轻炎症反应,改善骨关节功能。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis and its effect on the function of bone and joint.Methods:Fifty-four patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Humen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the principle of matching the basic data in the two groups,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the observation group was given warm acupuncture treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Clinical efficacy in the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,the pain degree in both groups was significantly reduced,and the pain relief in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of each index of life quality in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,WOMAC score and Lysholm score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion with sodium hyaluronate injection can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce inflammation and promote the function of bone and joint in the treatment of knee joint osteoarthritis.
