摘要 高职产业学院是多元主体共建共管共享的实践载体,也是落实现代职业教育高质量发展理念,推动社会多元力量协同参与办学的重要抓手。在“三教”协同创新视角下澄明高职院校产业学院多元协同的关系困境,包括统筹与依赖的政校协同关系、松散与疏离的行企协同关系、传统与局限的校企协同关系等,为其发挥多元协同合作整体效能,推动职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇“三融”发展提供前提。未来,高职产业学院的发展将以“三教”协同创新引领资源协同、以增强职业教育适应性推动主体协同、以实现人的全面发展优化目标协同、以数字化转型达成治理协同为路径,推动实现多元主体资源的创新整合与育人成效的深层跨越。 Higher vocational industrial college is the practice carrier of multiple subjects’co-construction,co-management and sharing,and it is also an important hand to implement the concept of high-quality development of modern vocational education and to promote the synergistic participation of multiple forces in society in running schools.From the perspective of three-education synergistic innovation,it is important to clarify the relationship dilemma of multiple synergistic relationships of industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges,including the government-school synergistic relationship of coordination and dependence,the loose and alienated industry-enterprise synergistic relationship,and the traditional and limited school-enterprise synergistic relationship,so as to provide prerequisites for the college to give full play to the overall efficacy of multiple synergistic cooperation,and to push forward the“three integration”development of integration of vocational education and general education,integration of industry and education,and integration of science and education.In the future,the development of higher vocational industrial colleges will take the paths of leading the resource synergy by synergistic innovation,promoting the main synergy by enhancing the adaptability of vocational education,optimizing the goal synergy by realizing the comprehensive development of human beings,and reaching the governance synergy by digital transformation,so as to push forward the innovative integration of the resources of the pluralistic main bodies and the deep leap of the effectiveness of educating human beings.
