摘要
加强劳动教育师资队伍建设离不开辅导员的参与。基于全国31个省1120名高校辅导员调查数据显示,辅导员参与劳动教育工作意愿为84.2%,实际承担劳动教育必修课概率为26.7%,开展劳动实践活动的概率为20.09%,呈现“意强行弱”的特征。有序Logit回归结果表明,辅导员的工作能力和职责有利于提高其参与劳动教育的工作意愿,且学历和工作任务安排有利于提高实际参与行为。师资培训和实践场所支持对辅导员参与劳动教育工作非常重要。高校传统的教学管理不利于辅导员参与劳动教育工作。各学段、各地区辅导员参与意愿和行为具有差异化特征。激发辅导员参与劳动教育不仅需要明确的工作机制,还需要有效的精神激励和差异的实施路径。
It is necessary that counselors participate in the construction of labor education teaching staff.Based on the survey data from 1120 counselors in 31 provinces in China,the survey shows that participation willingness rate of labor education is 84.2%and of actually undertaking labor education courses is 26.7%,and participation rate of carrying out labor practice activities is 20.09%,which shows a characteristic of“high probability of willingness and low probability of action”.The results of ordered logit regression analysis indicate that:work ability and responsibilities are conducive to increasing the willingness of counselors to participate in labor education,while higher education and work tasks enhance actual participation behavior.Training and practical venues are very important for counselors to participate in labor education work.Teaching management in universities is not conducive to counselors’participation in labor education work.The willingness and behavior of counselors to participate in different stages and regions have differentiated characteristics.Therefore,motivating counselors to participate in labor education not only requires distinct work mechanisms,but also requires effective spiritual encouragement and diversity path.
