摘要
职业教育的类型化发展离不开课程体系的改革,中等职业教育在中国特色职业教育体系中具有基础性地位,课程建设需要从基础性地位出发,同时凸显终身性、职业性、协同性三大类型特征。农村教育资源相对匮乏,课程建设难度较大,需要给予额外关注。通过对国家级重点中等职业学校——蒲江县职业中专学校进行深入分析发现,学校通过开办研学课程、构建隐形课程、设置多套课程结构、提升课程更新频率、开展丰富文体课程、开办成人教育课程等方式在课程建设中凸显出鲜明的职业教育类型特色。学校的实践表明,农村中等职业学校课程建设需要以培养“现代职业人”为出发点,兼顾就业与升学双重需求,实现多元主体共同参与。
The development of vocational education by type cannot be separated from the reform of the curriculum system.Secondary vocational education has a basic position in the vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,and the curriculum construction needs to start from the basic position while highlighting the three main types of characteristics:lifelong,vocational and synergistic.Rural education resources are scarce,which makes curriculum construction more difficult and requires extra attention.An in-depth analysis of Pujiang County Vocational Middle School,a national key secondary vocational school,reveals that the school has highlighted distinct vocational education in its curriculum construction by offering study courses,building invisible courses,setting up multiple curriculum structures,increasing the frequency of curriculum updates,conducting enriching cultural and sports courses,and offering adult education courses.The school's practice shows that the curriculum construction of rural secondary vocational schools needs to take the cultivation of“modern professionals”as the starting point and take into account the dual needs of employment and further education to realize the participation of multiple subjects.
