摘要
高职院校全面推进“课程思政”协同育人建设,既是出于对思想政治教育课程“孤军奋战”问题解决的现实需求,更是落实高校“立德树人”根本任务,育“身心并修”个体之人与“德才兼备”社会之人的战略举措。然而,当前高职院校在推动“课程思政”协同育人建设的过程中却存在“课程思政”协同育人“主力军”羸弱、“课程思政”协同育人“主战场”分裂以及“课程思政”协同育人“主渠道”阻滞等多重问题,严重消解了高职院校“课程思政”协同育人的实效,不利于高职院校人才培养质量的提升。应以实然问题为逻辑起点,以圈层结构理论为理论基础,通过构建“三师聚力主体圈”“三元融合课程圈”以及“三轮驱动课堂圈”,探明高职院校“课程思政”协同育人的可行路径。
To promote the construction of“ideological and political education in curriculum”collaborative education in higher vocational colleges is not only out of the realistic demand for solving the problem of the singleness of ideological and political education courses,but also to implement the fundamental task of“establishing moral education for people”in colleges and universities.It is also a strategic measure to implement the fundamental task to educate people who are both physically and mentally competent and socially competent.However,at present,there are many problems in the process of promoting the collaborative education construction of ideological and political education in curriculum in higher vocational colleges,such as the weakness of the main force,the division of the main battlefield and the blockage of the main channel,which seriously dispels the effectiveness of collaborative education of curriculum ideology and politics in higher vocational colleges and is not conducive to the improvement of talent training quality in higher vocational colleges.This study takes the problem of reality as the logical starting point,takes the theory of circle structure as the theoretical foundation,and constructs the“three-teacher main circle”,“three-dimension-integrated curriculum circle”and“three-wheel-drive classroom circle”to find out the effectiveness of collaborative education in higher vocational colleges to explore the feasible paths of collaborative education of“ideological and political education in curriculum”in higher vocational colleges.
