职业教育实践教学评价的问题审思与对策分析 被引量:14

摘要 职业教育实践教学评价主要围绕实践教学展开,是促进模式多样化、领域多样化的职业教育实践教学质量提升的重要手段。当前的职业教育实践教学评价存在评价指标体系设计不够合理、评价主体之间评价能力不均衡、评价方法单一固化等问题。为此,以《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》为职业教育实践评价体系改革的新方向,坚持以科学性为核心、以专业性为发展、以客观性为基础的评价原则,提出职业教育实践教学评价体系的改进策略:结合多种评价方法与创新评价工具,科学完善实践教学评价指标体系;接轨“岗课赛证”,建立多元、综合、递进化专业评价指标标准;将主观价值判断达到客观最大化,同步优化评价主体专业评价水平和端正职业教育质量观,以推动职业教育实践教学评价改革。 The evaluation in vocational education revolves mainly around practical teaching.It is an important means to promote the quality improvement of practical teaching in vocational education with diversified modes and fields.However,the evaluation of vocational education practical teaching at the current stage is facing barriers such as the internal alienation and distortion of the evaluation index system,the uneven internal development of evaluation subjects,and the single traditional and solidified evaluation method.The issued Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era points out a new direction of the reform of the vocational education practice evaluation system,adhering to the evaluation principles of scientificity as the core,professionalism as the development and objectivity as the basis,the improvement strategies of the practical teaching evaluation system of vocational education are proposed:combining multiple evaluation methods and innovative evaluation tools,scientifically improving the practical teaching evaluation index system;establishing multiple,comprehensive and evolving professional evaluation index standards in line with the“post-coursecompetition-certification”;maximizing the subjective value judgment,optimizing the professional evaluation level of evaluation subjects and correcting the quality concept of vocational education,so as to promote the evaluation reform of vocational education practice teaching.
