基于产业群、职业群、专业群贯通的高水平专业群探索与实践——以现代冶金技术专业群为例 被引量:2

摘要 职业教育创新发展的核心驱动力始终是专业群建设。在“智能+绿色”的智慧冶金背景下,产业的巨大变革将使产教融合的形态和内容发生变化。在产业群派生职业群、决定专业群的逻辑线路中,构建了产业群—职业群—专业群“三群贯通”的现代冶金专业群模式,并进一步廓清了“三群”之间的作用机理,即产业群派生职业群、职业群决定专业群、专业群服务职业群、职业群推动产业群。基于专业协同发展、经济一体化、选择性教育、资源整合和充分利用、国际产能合作的视角对现代冶金技术专业群的协同效应进行分析,并从树立正确理念、构建新型体制、建设专业群课程体系、做好“类型教育”的“大文章”、服务国际产能合作等方面总结了现代冶金技术专业群建设的经验。 The core driving force of the innovation and development of vocational education is always the construction of specialty groups.The great form of industry will change the morphology and content of industry-education integration under the background of“intelligent+green”intelligent metallurgy.In the logical line of industrial groups deriving occupational groups and determining specialty groups,a modern metallurgical specialty group model of“three groups connected”of industrial group-occupational group-specialty group has been scientifically constructed,and the relationship between the“three groups”has been further clarified.The mechanism of action is that industry groups derive occupation groups,occupation groups determine specialty groups,specialty groups serve occupation groups,and occupation groups promote industry groups.Based on the perspective of collaborative development of specialties,economic integration,selective education,resource integration and full utilization,and international production capacity cooperation,the effect of modern metallurgical technology specialty groups is analyzed,and this study summarizes the experience in the construction of modern metallurgical technology specialty groups from the aspects of establishing correct ideas,building a new system,building a specialty group curriculum system,doing a“big article”of“type education”,and serving international production capacity cooperation.
