高职教育高质量发展:目标定位、关键挑战与推进策略

High-quality Development of Higher Vocational Education: Target Positioning, Key Challenges and Strategies

高质量发展是新时期高职教育改革发展的核心目标。高职教育高质量发展的目标定位包含三个层面,表现为宏观上助推产业转型升级,支撑经济社会高质量发展;中观上满足学习者多样化教育需求,办好人民满意的教育;微观上建设高质量教育体系,实现教育强国的宏伟目标。目前,我国高职教育虽然规模庞大,但仍面临社会声誉不高、技术创新与服务能力弱、职教本科发展滞后、办学投入不足等诸多挑战。展望未来,推进高职教育高质量发展,一要健全制度体系,破除职业教育劣循环怪圈;二要深化产教融合,增强技术创新与服务产业发展能力;三要稳步发展职业本科教育,高质量构建现代职业教育体系;四要加大经费投入力度,保障高职教育高质量发展。

High-quality development is the historical mission that higher vocational education must undertake in the new era.The goal of high-quality development of higher vocational education includes three levels:to promote industrial transformation and upgrading and support high-quality economic and social development;to meet diverse educational needs of learners and make education satisfactory to the people;to build a high-quality education system and realize the grand goal of developing China into an education powerhouse.At present,although China’s higher vocational education is huge,it is large but not strong.It still faces many challenges,such as low social reputation,weak technological innovation and service ability,backward development of vocational undergraduate education,insufficient investment in running schools and so on.Looking into the future,in order to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education,firstly,improve the system and break the vicious circle of vocational education;secondly,deepen industry-education integration and enhance the ability of technological innovation and service industry development;thirdly,develop vocational undergraduate education steadily and construct high-quality modern vocational education system;fourthly,increase financial input.
