摘要
医教协同推进医学教育改革与发展,加强医学人才培养,是提高医疗卫生服务水平的基础工程,是深化医药卫生体制改革的重要任务,是推进健康中国建设的重要保障。基于医教协同驱动理念,坚持科学性、系统性、适应性、职业性的基本原则,构建高职医学人才培养质量评价体系,采用主成分聚类分析法对高职医学人才培养质量评价体系进行验证,并对高职医学人才培养质量评价体系验证结果进行深入分析,以期为高职医学人才培养质量评价的深入开展提供借鉴。
Promoting the reform and development of medical education and strengthening the training of medical talents in cooperation with medical education is a basic project to improve the level of medical and health services,an important task to deepen the reform of the medical and health system,and an important guarantee to promote the construction of“Healthy China”.Based on the concept of medical education collaborative driving,and adhering to the basic principles of scientificity,systematization,adaptability and professionalism,the quality evaluation system of medical talent training in higher vocational colleges is constructed.The quality evaluation system of medical talent training in higher vocational colleges is verified by using the principal component cluster analysis method,and the verification results of the quality evaluation system of medical talent training in higher vocational colleges are analyzed in depth,which provides a reference for the quality evaluation of medical talent training in higher vocational colleges.
