摘要
针对高职院校艺术设计专业人才培养存在的问题,运用OBE教育理论,结合高职教育自身特点,提出"尚巧""求精"与"道技合一"三方面融合的育人理念,构建以学生为中心,课内外教学相结合,校、政、企相协同,仿真案例与实践操作并举的育人方法,形成从目标体系、过程体系到学校保障体系的多维育人策略,从而构建艺术设计人才培养的新实践体系。
In view of the problems in the cultivation of art and design talents in higher vocational colleges and universities,we propose the concept of"skillfulness""perfection"and"the unity of moral and technical skills"by applying OBE education theory and combining the characteristics of higher vocational education itself.We have built a student-centered education method that combines teaching inside and outside the classroom,collaboration between school,government and enterprise,and simulation cases and practical operations.A multi-dimensional education strategy from the target system,process system to school guarantee is formed,thus exploring and building a new practice system for art and design talents cultivation.
