摘要
高质量是当今职业教育发展的主题,创新是培育职业教育发展的新动能,是推动职业教育高质量发展的关键。技术创新是职业教育实现高质量人才培养成效的重要标志,它离不开价值理念的支持和技术变革的实践。作为价值理念组成部分的工匠精神与技术变革在历史视域中既相伴而生,又相对独立,呈现出共演态势,两者的互动融合使创新的出现成为可能,创新共同体成为两者未来脉动的应有之义。工匠精神与技术变革的历史互动对职业教育人才培养改革具有诸多启示:深化校企产学研合作,培养学生主体观;依托通识教育课程,培养学生技术观;个体辅导与团队指导相结合,培养学生职业观;加强文化自信教育,培养学生文化观;加强工匠精神与技术变革融合,培养学生创新观。
High-quality is the theme of vocational education development today,and innovation is the key factor to the high-quality development of vocational education.Technical innovation has become an important symbol of vocational education to achieve the effect of cultivating high-quality talents,and it is inseparable from the support of value ideas and the practice of technical change.As a part of value ideas,the craftsman spirit and technical change not only exist side by side,but also are relatively independent,and showing the trend of common development.The interaction and fusion of the two make the emergence of the innovation possible,and the innovation community is the future trend of the relationship between them.All of these give a lot of enlightenments to the reform of vocational education:deepening cooperation between school and enterprise,industry,university and research to cultivate students’subjective view;relying on general education curriculum to cultivate students’view of technology;combining individual guidance with team guidance to cultivate students’professional outlook;strengthening cultural self-confidence education to cultivate students’cultural outlook;strengthening the integration of craftsman spirit and technological change to cultivate students’concept of innovation.
