高职院校提升技术技能积累和社会服务能力的策略研究——以青岛酒店管理职业技术学院为例

Research on Strategies of Improving Technical Skills Accumulation and Social Service Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management

加强技术技能积累和社会服务能力建设,为区域经济社会高质量发展提供人才和智力支持,是高职院校的重要使命。目前,国家正大力推进职业教育改革,促进职业教育内涵式发展。高职院校在做好应用技术技能型人才培养的同时,需要强化政行企校深度合作、产教融合,不断提升技术技能积累和社会服务能力。以青岛酒店管理职业技术学院为例,分析高职院校强化技术技能积累、开展社会服务的宏观背景和重要意义,总结学校在推进技术技能积累和社会服务工作中的具体策略,以期为高职院校提升技术技能积累和社会服务能力提供借鉴。

It is an important mission of higher vocational colleges to strengthen the accumulation of technical skills and the construction of social service capabilities,and to provide talent and intellectual support for the high-quality development of the regional economy.At present,China is vigorously advancing the reform of vocational education and promoting the connotative development of vocational education.While cultivating talents with applied technical skills,higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the in-depth cooperation between government,industry and enterprise,and the integration of industry and education,and continuously improve the accumulation of technical skills and social service capabilities.Taking Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management as an example,analyzing the macro background and important significance of vocational colleges to strengthen technical skills accumulation and develop social services,and summarizing the college’s specific strategies in promoting technical skills accumulation and social service work,with a view to provide a reference for higher vocational colleges to improve their technical skills accumulation and social service capabilities.
