摘要
企业参与职业教育办学是促进职业教育发展的必由之路,企业参与职业教育办学动力不足已成为校企深度合作的主要障碍。以计划行为理论为基础,从参与态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制等三个方面考察企业参与职业教育办学的动力发现,三因素实然状态与应然状态存在较大差距:参与态度消极,企业感知成本收益差距大;参与规范压力小,期望动机难维系;参与感知行为控制微弱,双方合作阻碍大成为企业参与职业教育办学动力不足的主要原因。基于此,应明确企业利益诉求,平衡感知收益与感知成本;完善政策奖惩体系,提升企业参与责任;重新定位企业参与角色,持续深化职业院校改革,提升企业参与职业教育办学动力。
Enterprise participating in vocational education is the only way to promote the development of vocational education.The lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in running schools has become a huge obstacle.The study is based on the theory of planned behavior,and uses the decision-making process of enterprise participation in school as an entry point.It examines the three factors of participation attitude,subjective norms,and perceived behavior control,and the results show that,small expectation motivation is difficult to maintain;participation in perceived behavioral control is weak,and the obstacles to cooperate between the two parties are main reasons for the lack of motivation for corporate participation.Based on this,it puts forward clear countermeasures to enhance their motivation to participate in running schools:corporate interest demands,balances perceived benefits and perceived costs;improves the policy incentive system to enhance corporate participation responsibilities;companies reposition their roles,and vocational colleges continue to deepen reforms.
