摘要
校企协同育人作为产学研合作的重要形式,对培养创新型人才、提高教师科研水平和增强企业研发实力发挥着重要作用。从传统校企协同育人的主要问题入手,阐述了校企协同育人视域下师资共建的改革与实践,提出了立足于政府、企业、学校三方协同育人模式下师资队伍建设的对策,为五年制高职院校推进校企协同育人模式下的师资队伍建设提供参考。
As an important form of industry-university-research cooperation,school-enterprise cooperation education plays an important role in cultivating innovative talents,improving teachers’scientific research level and enhancing enterprises’research and development strength.Starting from the main problems of traditional school-enterprise cooperation education,this paper expounds the reform and practice of co-construction of teaching staff from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation education,and puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of teaching staff under the mode of three-party cooperation education of government,enterprises and schools,providing reference for promoting the construction of teaching staff under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation education in five-year higher vocational colleges.
