摘要
学业指导是高校教育的一项重要工作内容。面对职业教育改革、国家和社会对高职人才培养提出的要求,需要探索适合高职生的学业指导新途径,以提高技术技能人才培养质量和高职生的就业竞争力。将OBE理念引入高职生学业指导工作中,以成果为导向、以设定培养目标为指引,反向设计学业指导途径,具有较强的适用性和可操作性。
Academic guidance is an important work content in higher education.In the face of vocational education reform,as well as the requirements of the country and society for the training of talents from higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to explore new approaches of academic guidance suitable for higher vocational college students,so as to improve the quality of technical and skilled talent training and employment competitiveness of higher vocational college students.It has strong applicability and operability to introduce the concept of OBE into the academic guidance work of higher vocational college students,and carry out reverse design the approaches of academic guidance with outcomes-based and training target setting as the guidance.
