坑道作业任务前火箭军官兵心理弹性特点及认知灵活性调节作用的研究

Study on characteristics of resilience and moderating role of cognitive flexibility among soldiers from Rocket Army before tunneling task

目的研究坑道作业任务前火箭军某部军人心理弹性特点及其与作业疲劳的关系、分析检验认知灵活性对作业疲劳的调节作用。方法采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、作业疲劳症状自评量表(WRFFQ)和认知灵活性量表(CFI)于2018年4月对531名坑道作业任务前火箭军某部官兵进行测试。结果火箭军某部官兵心理弹性总分为75.07±13.53,心理弹性各因子坚韧性、力量、乐观性的得分分别为37.62±7.54、26.95±4.67和10.49±2.62。心理弹性总分与认知灵活性呈正相关(r=0.59,P<0.01);与作业疲劳呈负相关(r=-0.33,P<0.01)。认知灵活性与作业疲劳水平呈负相关(r=-0.38,P<0.01)。认知灵活性在心理弹性对作业疲劳的影响中起调节作用。结论坑道作业任务前火箭军某部军人的认知灵活性在心理弹性对其作业疲劳的影响上起重要的调节作用。

Objective To investigate the current situation of resilience and its relationship with military fatigue of the soldiers from Rocket Army before tunneling task,test and analyze the moderating effect of cognitive flexibility on military fatigue.Methods Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Newly Developed Questionnaire for Work Related Fatigue Feelings(WRFFQ)and Cognitive Flexibility Inventory(CFI)were used to investigate 537 soldiers from some troop of Rocket Army before tunneling task on April 2018.Results The total score of psychological resilience in soldiers from Rocket Army was 75.07±13.53,and the score of hardiness,power and optimism was 37.62±7.54,26.95±4.67 and 10.49±2.62,respectively.Psychological resilience was significantly positively correlated with cognitive flexibility(r=0.59,P<0.01),and significantly negatively correlated with military fatigue(r=-0.33,P<0.01).Cognitive flexibility showed significantly negative correlations with military fatigue(r=-0.38,P<0.01).Cognitive flexibility moderated the relationship between resilience and military fatigue.Conclusion Cognitive flexibility of the soldiers from some troop of Rocket Army before tunneling task plays an important moderating role between resilience and military fatigue.
