Analysis of the results of binaural high frequency examination of workers exposed to noise in Liuzhou City in 2018

摘要 目的分析2018年柳州市噪声作业工人双耳高频检查结果,为职业性噪声防治工作提供科学依据。方法通过"职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统"收集2018年柳州市在岗噪声作业工人职业健康检查个案资料,运用Excel 2007建立数据库,采用SPSS 23.0统计软件进行分析。结果9499名工人中双耳高频听阈异常人数979人,异常率为10.31%,男性(10.86%)异常率明显高于女性(3.85%),年龄组≥50岁异常率最高(19.91%),工龄在25~29年异常率最高(21.81%),随着年龄、工龄增加,异常率呈增高趋势,中小型企业异常率高于大型企业,港澳台经济企业噪声作业工人异常率最高,电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应行业异常率最高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论柳州市职业性噪声危害以存在地区、人口学、单位特征性分布,应加强对柳州市周边县区、小型港澳台经济的监督检查,保护噪声作业工人的听力健康。 Objective To analyze the results of binaural high frequency examination of workers exposed to noise in Liuzhou City in2018,provide scientific basis for occupational noise prevention and control.Methods The data of occupational health examination of noise-exposed workers in Liuzhou City in 2018 were collected through the"Occupational Disease and Occupational Health Information Monitoring System".The database was established by Excel 2007 and analyzed by SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Results Among 9499 workers,there were 979 cases of binaural high frequency abnormalities with the abnormal rate of 10.31%.The abnormal rate of males(10.86%)was significantly higher than that of females(3.85%).The abnormal rate in≥50 year-old age group was the highest(19.91%).The abnormal rate in the age with length of service in 25-29 years was the highest(21.81%).The abnormal rate increased with the increase of age and length of service.The abnormal rate of small and medium-sized enterprise was higher than that of large enterprises.The abnormal rate in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan economic enterprises was the highest.The abnormal rate was the highest in power,heat,gas and water production and supply industries.All differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The occupational noise hazards in Liuzhou City shows the characteristic distribution in region population and enterprise.It is necessary to strengthen supervision and inspection of surrounding counties,small-scale economy of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan to protect the hearing health of workers exposed to noise.
