中药敷脐辅助治疗小儿腹泻48例临床观察

Clinical observation on the effect of umbilical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in adjunctive treating of 48 cases of children with diarrhea

目的观察中药敷脐辅助治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法96例腹泻患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各48例。2组均给予预防和纠正脱水、电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱,对照组予蒙脱石散口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予中药辨证外敷神阙穴,2组均连续治疗3 d后统计疗效。结果治疗组临床总有效率为93.75%,对照组为79.17%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中湿热内蕴型、风寒外束型、脾虚失运型的总有效率分别为81.82%,87.50%,100.00%,3型比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组脱水、腹泻改善和恢复正常时间均短于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药敷脐辅助治疗小儿腹泻,能迅速改善腹泻患儿的脱水及腹泻症状,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of the umbilical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in adjunctive treating of 48 cases of children with diarrhea.Methods 96 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into the control group and the therapy group,48 cases in each group.Both groups were given prevention and correction of dehydration,electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders.The control group was given oral montmorillonite powder,while the therapy group was given TCM syndrome differentiation and external application of Shenque(RN08)on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups were statistically treated after 3 days of continuous treatment.Results The total effective rate was 93.75%in the therapy group and 79.17%in the control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the therapy group of damp-heat type,external cold type and spleen deficiency type were 81.82%,87.50%,100.00%respectively,there was no significant difference between the 3 groups(P>0.05).The dehydration,diarrhea improvement and recovery time in the therapy group were shorter than those in the control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in adjunctive treating children with diarrhea can rapidly improve the symptoms of dehydration and diarrhea in children,and promote the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application.
