参苓白术颗粒联合利肺片治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期45例临床观察

Clinical observation on 45 cases of children with bronchial asthma in remission stage treated with the combination of Shenling Baizhu Keli and Lifei Tablet

目的观察参苓白术颗粒联合利肺片治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法选取支气管哮喘缓解期患儿90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予利肺片常规剂量口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予参苓白术颗粒,2组均以1月为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,比较2组的临床效果和用药安全性。结果治疗组的临床控制率为33.33%,总有效率为95.55%,均显著高于对照组的13.33%和91.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗前,2组哮喘临床症状评分、哮喘控制测试评分(ACT)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰流速(PEF)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后哮喘临床症状评分、ACT、FEV1、PEF均明显改善(P<0.01),且治疗组改善程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论参苓白术颗粒联合利肺片治疗儿童支气管哮喘缓解期临床疗效满意。

Objective To observe the effect of children with bronchial asthma in remission stage treated with the combination of Shenling Baizhu Keli and Lifei Tablet.Methods 90 cases of children bronchial asthma in remission stage were selected and randomly divided into therapy group and control group with 45 cases in each.The control group received the regular dose of Lefei Tablet for oral treatment,while the therapy group was given the Shenling Baizhu Keli on the basis of the control group.The two groups all took 1 month as a course of treatment,continuous treatment for 3 courses.The clinical effects and drug safety of the 2 groups were compared.Results The clinical control rate of the therapy group was 33.33%,and the total effective rate was 95.55%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 13.33%and 91.11%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical symptom score,asthma control test score(ACT),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow(PEF)rate between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,the 2 groups after treatment of asthma clinical symptom score,ACT,FEV1,PEF were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the improvement of the therapy group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment of children with bronchial asthma in remission stage by Shenling Baizhu Keli combined with Lifei Tablets,which clinical efficacy is satisfactory.
