胃苓汤加减治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎35例临床观察

Clinical observation on 35 cases of children with rotaviruses enteritis treated with modified Weiling Tang

目的观察胃苓汤加减治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年4月至2017年4月收治的70例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各35例。治疗组给予胃苓汤加减治疗,对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,2组均以3 d为1个疗程,连续治疗1~2个疗程后统计2组的临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为71.43%,治疗组为94.29%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组止泻时间、退热时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组各项中医证候评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组各项中医证候评分较同组治疗前下降明显,且治疗组降低更显著(P<0.05);2组患儿在治疗前后经大小便常规、血常规、体征等各项检查,均未发现任何不良反应。结论胃苓汤加减治疗小儿轮状病毒性肠炎,可有效改善患儿的临床症状,缩短病程,疗效显著,且药物安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of children with rotaviruses enteritis treated with modified Weiling Tang.Methods 70 cases of children with rotaviruses enteritis in our hospital from Apr.2016 to Apr.2017 were divided into therapy group and control group with 35 cases in each.The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder,while the therapy group was treated with modified Weiling Tang.All patents were treated for 3 days as 1 course,after treated for 1 or 2 courses,the clinical effects of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate was 94.29%in therapy group and 71.43%in control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of antidiarrheal,fever abatement and hospitalization were shorter than that of control group,there were significant differences in 2 groups(P<0.05);before treatment,the TCM symptoms scores of two groups had no significant differences(P>0.05);after treatment,it dropped more significantly than that of the same group before treatment,and it dropped much more in therapy group(P<0.05);after various kinds of examinations before and after treatment,like stool and urine,signs,blood routine examination,there were no any adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion The modified Weiling Tang can treat children with rotaviruses enteritis effectively and safely by improving clinical symptoms,shortening course of disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
