循证护理在重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者鼻饲误吸中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of evidence-based nursing in severe head injury patients with tracheotomy and aspiration by nasal feeding

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者鼻饲误吸中实施循证护理的临床价值。方法以收治我院的80例重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者(2021年01月-2021年12月)为研究对象,随机分2组,组别为对照组(行常规护理)和观察组(行循证护理),各纳入40例。比较护理干预结果:并发症发生率、患者满意度、住院时间、住ICU时间、医疗费用。结果观察组不良反应发生率7.50%明显低于对照组35.00%,同时住院时间、住ICU时间、医疗费用均显著低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理实施于重型颅脑损伤气管切开患者中可预防鼻饲误吸等相关并发症的发生,促进患者早期康复,缩短住院时间,改善预后,取得满意的护理效果。

Objective To explore the clinical value of evidence-based nursing in patients with severe head injury tracheotomy during nasal feeding and aspiration.Methods 80 patients with severe head injury tracheotomy(January 2021-December 2021)admitted to our hospital were taken as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups.The groups were the control group(routine care)and the observation group(Evidence-based nursing),40 cases were included in each.Comparing the results of nursing intervention:complication rate,satisfaction degree,length of stay in hospital,length of stay in ICU,medical expenses.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.50%significantly lower than that of the control group 35.00%.At the same time,hospitalization time,ICU stay,and medical expenses were significantly lower than those of the control group,and patient satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing implemented in patients with severe head injury tracheotomy can prevent the occurrence of related complications such as nasogastric feeding and aspiration,promote early recovery of patients,shorten hospital stay,improve prognosis,and achieve satisfactory nursing results.
