摘要
目的:对西洋参不同部位中人参皂苷类型、数量以及相对含量之间的差异性进行分析。方法:利用超高效液相色谱法与轨道阱质谱仪相联用(UHPLC-Orbitrap MS)对西洋参不同部位(花蕾、花梗、茎、叶、芦头、须根、根表皮、木质部、韧皮部)的人参皂苷成分进行分析。结果:通过与对照品及相关文献进行匹配,共鉴定出45种人参皂苷(PPD型25种、PPT型11种,OT型6种,OA型3种);并利用多种统计软件进行综合评价,实验结果表明,西洋参各部位人参皂苷含量存在明显差异,并可将其分成三大类,共发现了13个潜在的化学标记物(A类6个、B类6个、C类1个)。结论:该研究揭示了西洋参不同部位皂苷成分与含量分布的多样性,为其综合开发利用提供理论依据。
Objective:To analyze the differences of ginsenoside types,quantity and relative content in different parts of Panax quinquefolium.Methods:The ginsenosides in different parts of Panax quinquefolium(flower bud,peduncle,stem,leaf,rhizome,fibrous root,root epidermis,xylem and phloem)were analyzed by UHPLC-Orbitrap MS.Results:45 ginsenosides(25 PPD,11 PPT,6 OT and 3 OA)were identified by matching with the standard and relevant literature.A variety of statistical softwares were used for comprehensive evaluation.The experimental results showed that there were significant differences in the content of ginsenosides in various parts of Panax quinquefolium,which were divided into three categories.A total of 13 potential chemical markers(6 in class A,6 in class B and 1 in class C)were found.Conclusion:This study reveals the diversity of saponin content distribution in different parts of Panax quinquefolium,and provides a theoretical basis for its comprehensive development and utilization.
