摘要
目的:研究蟾酥中的蟾蜍二烯羟酸内酯类成分。方法:用95%乙醇提取蟾酥,利用硅胶柱、Saphadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶、HPLC等柱色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化。根据化合物的理化性质以及MS、NMR等波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从蟾酥95%乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:异沙蟾毒精-3-辛二酸单酯(1)、沙蟾毒精-3-辛二酸单酯(2)、华蟾酥毒基(3)、沙蟾毒精(4)、异沙蟾毒精(5)、嚏根草醇(6)、12β-羟基蟾毒灵(7)、脂蟾毒配基(8)、去乙酰华蟾毒它灵(9)、蟾毒它灵(10)、华蟾毒它灵(11)、蟾毒灵(12)。结论:其中,化合物1为新化合物,化合物2为首次从中华大蟾蜍中分离得到。
Objective:To study the bufadienolides in Bufonis Venenum.Methods:Bufonis Venenum was extracted with 95%ethanol,isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,HPLC and other column chromatography methods.The structures of the compounds were identified by physical and chemical properties,MS,NMR and other spectral data.Results:A total of twelve compounds were isolated from the 95%ethanol extracts of Bufonis Venenum and identified as bufarenogin-3-hemisuberate(1),arenobufagin-3-hemisuberate(2),cinobufagin(3),arenobufagin(4),bufarenogin(5),hellebrigenol(6),12β-hydroxylbufalin(7),resibufogenin(8),desacetylcinobufotalin(9),bufotalin(10),cinobufotalin(11),bufalin(12),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new compound.Compound 2 is isolated from Bufo gargarizans for the first time.
