中药材和饮片的贮藏养护是保证中药质量必不可少的环节。调研发现,中药材和饮片的贮藏养护在仓库技术管理、人员技术、人为重视因素、质量控制水平、监管体系等方面存在诸多问题,针对上述问题进行深入分析,探究质量管理的深层次原因,加强贮藏养护技术的研究,制定科学的贮藏养护方法,提出了提升仓储物流管理水平、提高专业技术人员素质、结合现代养护技术手段进行分类储存与养护、推进中药材和饮片有效期评价、制定合理的采购计划等措施,并建议探索构建以产业规划、市场管理、中药监管、法规标准体系、多部门联合执法等措施为内容的中药贮藏养护质量管理体系,以期有效提升中药材和饮片贮藏养护的总体水平,确保中药的安全性与有效性。

The storage and maintenance of Chinese medicinal materials and decoction slices is an indispensable part of ensuring the quality of traditional Chinese medicine.After investigation,it is found that there are many problems in warehouse technical management,personnel technologies,degree of recognition,quality control level,and supervision system.In-depth analysis of above-mentioned problems is carried out to explore the deep-seated reasons for the quality management of traditional Chinese medicine,strengthen research on storage and maintenance technologies,formulate scientific methods of storage and maintenance,and put forward reasonable suggestions:raise the management level of warehousing logistics,improve the quality of the professionals,classify storage and maintenance combined with modern maintenance technologies,promote the validity evaluation of Chinese medicinal materials and decoction slices,and formulate reasonable purchasing plans.In addition,the quality management system of Chinese medicinal materials and decoction slices storage and maintenance should be explored and established with industrial planning,market management,TCM supervision,regulations and standards system,multi-department joint law enforcement and other measures as the contents,so as to improve the whole level of Chinese medicinal materials and decoction slices storage and maintenance effectively,and ensure the safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine.
