摘要
目的:测定高良姜及其不同炮制品中高良姜素和姜黄素的含量,并建立HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法测定高良姜及其不同炮制品中高良姜素和姜黄素的含量,同时建立HPLC指纹图谱,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004 A版)"进行相似度评价,并应用SIMCA-P+12.0和SPSS 21.0软件进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果:高良姜素的含量随着高良姜炮制程度的加深而逐渐降低,而姜黄素含量则呈上升趋势。在波长为230 nm时,高良姜不同炮制品之间的相似度存在很大差异,而在254和280 nm波长下的相似度却很相近。主成分分析和聚类分析均可快速准确地将高良姜及其不同炮制品区分开。结论:该方法操作简便,准确性高,重复性好,可用于评价高良姜及其不同炮制品的质量。
Objective:To determinate the contents of galangin and curcumi in crude and processed Alpinia officinarum and establish the HPLC fingerprint.Methods:HPLC method was used to determine the contents of galangin and curcumi in crude and processed Alpinia officinarum and establish the HPLC fingerprint.The similarity evaluation system of traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprint(2004 A version)was used for similarity evaluation,the principal component analysis and cluster analysis were performed by SIMCA-P+12.0 and SPSS 21.0 software.Results:The content of galangin decreased gradually with the processing degree of Alpinia officinarum,while the content of curcumin showed an increasing trend.At wavelength of 230 nm,the similarity between different processed products of Alpinia officinarum was significantly different,while at 254 and 280 nm,the similarities were very similar.Principal component analysis and cluster analysis could quickly and accurately distinguish Alpinia officinarum and its different processed products.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used to evaluate the quality of crude and processed Alpinia officinarum.
