To open up a new frontier in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times is an epochal question and task proposed in the report to the 20th National Congress of the Party.Based on a thorough review of the experience over the years,it gives answers to the questions as why and how to adapt Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times,providing us with fundamental guidance for advancing theoretical innovation on the basis of practical experience.As creating a new frontier in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times is a process of seeking,revealing and applying truth,it is prerequisite to maintain the driving force,essential to demonstrate the theoretical characteristics,and necessary to deepen our understanding of the laws that underlies the solemn historical responsibility of today’s Chinese Communists,so that Marxism will radiate a more brilliant light of truth in today’s China.
