干部教育培训研究热点及其发展趋势知识图谱研究——基于CSSCI数据库(1998-2021年)可视化分析

A Graphic Study on the Hotspots of Leadership Education&Training Research and Its Development Tendency:A Visual Analysis Based on CSSCI Database(1998—2021)

运用CiteSpace和Excel计量分析工具对CSSCI数据库(1998-2021年)进行量化分析,可以清晰阐明干部教育培训研究的内涵特征。干部教育培训研究存在干部教育、干部培训、干部教育培训、培训模式四类研究热点;可划分为三个阶段,不同阶段干部教育培训研究呈现出鲜明时代性和阶段性特征,契合中国特色社会主义和新时代中国特色社会主义实践的阶段发展进程,体现了干部教育培训研究日益注重内涵发展和时代创新的基本趋势。

A quantitative analysis of the CSSCI database(1998—2021)with the aid of CiteSpace and Excel tools shows visually the features of the research in leadership education and training.The research focuses on 4 hotspots,namely,leadership education,leadership training,leadership education and training,and training models,and can be categorized into 3 stages,namely,the stages of strengthening governance capacity,pursuing sound development,and advancing Party building in all aspects.The research at each stage presents distinct characteristics of the times,showing that the research in leadership education and training tends to focus increasingly on potential development and innovations of the times.
