Promoting standardization and rule of law in disciplinary inspection and supervision is vital to deepening the"political reform of the disciplinary inspection and supervision system that concerns the overall situation",to upholding and improving the Party and state oversight system.It is of great practical value for improving the internal oversight of the Party,promoting the integration and coordination of the oversight systems in various aspects,highlighting the key points and solving the tough problems of how to oversight the heads of Party committees and governments,consolidating and further advancing the sweeping victory over the fight against corruption,and promoting modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance.It requires that we should hold the Constitution and Party Constitution in great esteem,abide by the Party discipline and state law,uphold procedure-based and substantive justice.To this end,the groundwork is to improve the supporting laws and regulations,the key is to enforce accountability in accordance with the law,the core is to strengthen the rules of evidences for fight against corruption,and the guarantee is to strengthen professionalism in the fight.
