集束化护理干预在脑出血手术后下肢深静脉血栓患者中的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响

Application effect of clustered nursing intervention in patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after cerebral hemorrhage surgery and the impact on the incidence of complications

目的探讨集束化护理干预对脑出血手术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法收集我院脑出血手术后下肢深静脉血栓患者92例,以随机数字法分为两组,各46例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组在其基础上进行集束化护理干预。比较两组住院天数、小腿围差、大腿围差、心理状况、并发症发生率。结果两组肿胀程度明显好转,两组住院天数、小腿围差及大腿围差比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均优于护理前,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预可给予患者全面、有效的护理,减少患者焦虑抑郁状态,预防并发症发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of clustered nursing intervention in patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremities after cerebral hemorrhage surgery and the impact on the incidence of complications.Methods The total of 92 patients with DVT of lower extremities after cerebral hemorrhage surgery in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given cluster nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention,additionally.The hospitalization days,leg circumference,thigh circumference,psychological status and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The swelling degree in the two groups after treatment improved significantly.There was no significant difference in the hospitalization days,circumference of calf and thigh between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS and SDS scores in the two groups after nursing were better than those before nursing,those in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cluster nursing intervention can give patients comprehensive and effective nursing,reduce patients’anxiety and depression,prevent complications.
