精细化管理对消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌效果的影响

Effects of refined management on the disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center

目的探讨精细化管理对消毒供应中心手术器械消毒灭菌效果的影响。方法选取昆山市中医医院消毒供应中心进行消毒灭菌的手术器械160件,2018年9月至2019年1月期间未实施精细化管理手术器械80件纳入对照组,2019年2-6月实施精细化管理80件手术器械纳入研究组,比较两组手术器械清洗合格率、功能完好合格率、包布质量合格率、洗涤质量评分、包装质量评分。结果研究组手术器械清洗合格率、功能完好合格率、包布质量合格率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术器械洗涤质量评分、包装质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心应用精细化管理可以提高手术器械消毒灭菌质量,具有使用价值。

Objective To explore the impacts of refined management on the disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods 160 surgical instruments that were disinfected and sterilized in our hospital’s disinfection supply center were selected as the research objects.From September 2018 to January 2019,80 surgical instruments which were not involved in refined management were selected as control group.While 80 that were enrolled in refined management from February 2019 to June 2019 were selected as research group.The cleaning quality pass rate,functional integrity rate,wrapping quality pass rate,washing quality score,packaging quality score were compared between the two groups of surgical instrument.Results The cleaning quality pass rate,functional integrity rate,wrapping quality pass rate,in the research group were higher than those in the control group.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the research group had higher qualification rates of surgical instruments cleaning,perfect performance and packaging quality.The differences were T statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined management in the disinfection supply center can improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments and has practical value.
