不稳定骨盆骨折患者应用舒适护理的临床疗效

Observation on the clinical effects of comfortable nursing for patients with unstable pelvic fracture

目的探讨不稳定骨盆骨折患者应用舒适护理与常规护理的临床疗效差别。方法将河北医科大学第三医院收治的30例不稳定骨盆骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为舒适护理组和常规护理组各15例,观察并记录2组的卧床时间、并发症发生率及护理满意率。结果舒适护理组卧床时间为(21.02±4.24)d,常规护理组卧床时间为(25.59±4.87)d,舒适护理组卧床时间明显短于常规护理组(t=2.741,P=0.011)。舒适护理组压疮、下肢深静脉血栓和便秘的发生率均低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。舒适护理组护理满意为15例(100.00%),常规护理组护理满意为11例(73.33%)(χ2=4.615,P=0.032)。结论不稳定骨盆骨折患者应用舒适护理较常规护理的临床疗效更优,舒适护理在不稳定骨盆骨折患者中具有推广使用价值。

Objective To explore the differences of clinical effects between comfortable nursing and routine nursing in patients with unstable pelvic fracture.Methods Totally 30 patients with unstable pelvic fractures admitted to the Third Hospital of Hebei Medical University were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the comfort care group and the routine care group,with 15 cases in each group.The time in bed,complication rate and nursing satisfaction rate of two groups were observed and recorded.Results The time in bed of the comfort care group was(21.02±4.24)days,while that of routine care group was(25.59±4.87)days.The time in bed of the comfort care group was significantly shorter than that of the routine care group.The difference was statistically significant(t=2.741,P=0.011).The incidences of pressure ulcers,deep vein thrombosis and constipation in the comfort care group were lower than those in the routine care group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rates in the comfort care group and the routine care group were 100.00%(15 cases)and 73.33%(11 cases),respectively.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.615,P=0.032).Conclusion The comfortable nursing whose clinical effects on patients with unstable pelvic fracture are better than those of routine nursing care,has the value of popularization and application in patients with unstable pelvic fracture.
