基于“结构-过程-结果”理论构建急诊科危重创伤护理质量评价指标体系

Constructing the quality of critical care wound care in emergency department based on the theory of structure-process-result evaluation system

目的构建急诊科危重创伤护理质量评价指标体系,为危重创伤患者在急诊科急救期间的护理质量评价提供科学依据。方法以"结构-过程-结果"理论为基础框架,通过文献研究、专家访谈、德尔菲专家咨询法、层次分析法,构建急诊科危重创伤护理质量评价指标体系和各指标权重,并通过预调查进行信度、效度分析。结果两轮专家积极系数分别为93.33%和90%;两轮专家权威系数分别为0.815及0.855;专家协调性W值分别为0.86、0.67、0.50(P<0.05);最终形成以3个一级指标、10个二级指标、37个三级指标为框架的急诊科危重创伤护理质量评价体系,且经过预调查其信度、效度良好。结论通过德尔菲法构建基于"结构-过程-结果"理论的急诊科危重创伤护理质量评价体系稳定性好、科学、可观性强,可作为推动急诊科护理评价体系的完善的有效手段。

Objective To construct a quality evaluation index system for critical care trauma in emergency department,and to provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of nursing quality of critically injured patients during emergency treatment in emergency department.Methods Based on the theory of"structure-process-result",through literature research,expert interviews,Delphi expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process,the quality evaluation index system and the weight of each index in the emergency department are constructed,and taking reliability and validity analysis through the pre-investigation.Results The positive coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 93.33%and 90%respectively;The authoritative coefficients of the two rounds of experts were 0.815 and0.855 respectively;The W values of the experts were 0.86,0.67,and 0.50(P<0.05).3 primary indicators,10 secondary indicators,and 37 third-level indicators of emergency department critical care quality evaluation system are formed,and taking good reliability through the pre-survey.Conclusion The Delphi method based on the structureprocess-results theory of emergency department critical care quality evaluation system is stable,scientific and observable,and can be used as a perfect and effective means to promote the emergency evaluation system.
