臭氧联合体外冲击波治疗膝关节创伤性关节炎临床研究 被引量:3

Clinical study of ozone combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of traumatic arthritis of knee joint

摘要 目的观察关节内注射医用臭氧联合体外冲击波对膝关节创伤性关节炎(TKOA)的治疗效果。方法将80例TKOA患者,随机分为对照组和联合组。联合组采用关节内注射医用臭氧联合体外冲击波的治疗方案,而对照组单纯采用体外冲击波的治疗方案。分别对两组患者治疗前后的VAS、HSS评分及疗效进行对比,分析治疗效果。结果两组治疗后VAS评分均有所降低(P<0.05),联合组VAS评分较对照组有更显著降低(P<0.05);两组治疗后的HSS评分都有明显升高(P<0.05),联合组HSS评分升高明显高于对照组(P<0.05);臭氧组总有效率为92.50%,对照组为72.50%,两组总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医用臭氧膝关节腔内注射联合体外冲击波的治疗方法对于TKOA患者不仅在疼痛方面改善显著,在功能恢复方面亦疗效卓著,推荐作为治疗TKOA的优选治疗方案。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of intra-articular injection of medical ozone combined with extracorporeal shock wave on TKOA.Methods Eighty TKOA patients were randomly divided into a control group and a combined group.The combination group was treated with intra-articular injection of medical ozone combined with extracorporeal shock waves,while the control group was treated solely with extracorporeal shock waves.The VAS,HSS scores and curative effects of the two groups of patients were compared before and after treatment,and the treatment effects were analyzed.Results The VAS scores of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the HSS scores of both groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05),the HSS score of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the ozone group was 92.50%,and the control group was 72.50%(P<0.05).Conclusion The medical ozone knee joint injection combined with extracorporeal shock wave is not only a significant improvement in pain for patients with TKOA,but also has a significant effect on functional recovery.It is recommended as the best treatment for TKOA.
