中小城市养老设施现状及规划策略探索——以荆州市为例

Exploration on the Status Quo and Planning Strategy of the Pension Facilities——Take Jingzhou City as an Example

近年来,人口老龄化已经成为一个多维度的社会问题,全社会都在探索如何应对这个不可避免的问题。本文以荆州市为例,总结目前荆州市老龄化和养老设施发展现状以及急需解决的问题,对养老设施规划提出策略导引,规划策略以可持续照顾理念为核心从设施布局、多部门协作和差异化服务方面入手,为中小城市如何更好的应对老龄化挑战提供理论基础。

In recent years,population aging has become a multi-dimensional social problem,and the whole society is exploring how to deal with this inevitable problem.Taking Jingzhou City as an example,this paper summarizes the current status of aging and old-age facilities in Jingzhou City and the problems that need to be solved urgently,and proposes strategic guidance for the planning of old-age fa cilities.The planning takes the concept of sustainable care as the core from the layout of facilities,multisectoral collaboration and differences.Starting with the service,it provides a theoretical basis for how small and medium-sized cities can better cope with the challenges of aging.
