从“事实网”到“情绪-事实网”:俄乌冲突社交舆论场的情绪设置研究

From“Fact Network”to“Emotions-Fact Network”:A Study on the Emotional Setting of the Social Public Opinion Field of the Russia-Ukraine Conflict

本研究利用大数据爬取、内容分析和社会网络分析等方法,以议程设置为理论框架,研究俄乌冲突社交舆论场中的情绪设置问题。研究发现:(1)机构媒体、意见领袖可设置草根情绪,影响草根以不同情绪思考俄乌冲突主体。(2)在情绪设置中,消极情绪较积极情绪设置效果更好。(3)机构媒体在设置积极与中性情绪上更具优势,意见领袖则在设置消极情绪上略胜于机构媒体。该结论一方面对议程设置理论做出了补充,重新强调了情绪在第三层网络议程设置中的重要性;另一方面为网络空间的舆论治理提供了新的借鉴,即为了做好舆论引导,应对舆论场中崛起的草根力量,应善用“情绪”之弦,以情绪拉动事实,调动认知,从而在纷繁复杂的网络环境中实现更强大的传播力、引导力和影响力。

This study uses big data crawling,content analysis and social network analysis to study the problem of sentiment setting in the social public opinion field of the Russia-Ukraine conflict by using the theoretical framework of agenda setting.The results show that:1.Institutional media and opinion leaders can set grassroots emotions to influence grassroots thinking about the subjects of the Russia-Ukraine conflict with different emotions.2.In the mood setting,negative emotions work better than positive emotions.3.Institutional media have an advantage in setting positive and neutral emotions,while opinion leaders are slightly better than institutional media in setting negative emotions.On the one hand,this conclusion complements agenda-setting theory by re-emphasizing the importance of emotions in third-tier network agenda-setting.On the other hand,it provides a new reference for public opinion governance in cyberspace,that is,in order to do a good job in public opinion guidance and cope with the rising grassroots forces in the public opinion field,emotions should be utilized to pull facts and mobilize cognition,so as to achieve more effective communication,guidance and influence in the complex network environment.
