摘要
对外贸易的持续发展对商务英语专业人才需求不断增加。提高人才培养质量,增强商务英语专业毕业生就业力成为高校商务英语专业人才培养的关注点。通过立意取样,深度访谈25位外贸行业相关人员——资深外贸人员、初级外贸人员、外贸企业负责人和资深商务英语教师,利用Nvivo12软件,采用扎根理论的三级编码方法,对访谈文本进行分析,得出商务英语专业毕业生就业力框架,包含3个维度,9个类属和41个主题,并根据研究结果对高校商务英语专业课程设置提出建议,以期为商务英语专业人才培养提供参考。
The continuous development of foreign trade has increased the demand for business English professionals.Improving the quality of talent training and enhancing the employability of business English graduates have become the focus of business English talent cultivation.By purposive sampling,this research conducted in-depth interviews with 25 different stakeholders in the foreign trade industry—senior foreign trade practitioners,junior foreign trade practitioners,employers and senior business English teachers.Nvivo12 software and the coding method of grounded theory were used to analyze the interview transcription,and a framework for the employability of business English graduates was obtained,including 3 dimensions,9 categories and 41 themes.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the curriculum setting of business English major,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of business English talents.
