摘要
基于2004—2016年我国18个省份的水稻投入—产出面板数据,运用ML指数将不同主产区的水稻绿色生产率进行对比分析,再运用面板OLS模型探讨灌溉设施水平对水稻绿色生产率的影响。结果表明,东北平原是唯一一个水稻绿色生产率达到有效的主产区;灌溉设施水平对我国水稻绿色生产率具有显著正向作用。分主产区来看,长江流域和东北平原的灌溉设施水平可提升水稻绿色生产率,而东南沿海的灌溉设施水平对水稻绿色生产率的提高起到了阻碍作用。
Based on the rice input-output panel data of 18 provinces in China from 2004 to 2016,ML index was used to analyze and compare the green productivity of rice in three different main producing areas.After that,the panel OLS model was used to explore the effect of irrigation facilities on the green productivity of rice.The results showed that the northeast plain was the only main producing area where the green productivity of rice was effective.Irrigation facilities had a significant positive effect on the green productivity of rice in China.As we could see from the three main producing areas,irrigation facilities in the Changjiang River Basin and Northeast Plain improved the green productivity of rice.However,irrigation facilities in the southeast coast hinderd the improvement of green productivity of rice.
